Role Description
This is a full-time remote Associate role supporting the marketing and sale of luxury residential properties. The Associate will help manage client relationships, coordinate property listings, and assist with virtual viewings and inquiries. Daily responsibilities include:

The role also involves collaborating with colleagues across different locations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall client experience and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client service and relationship management skills, with a professional and empathetic communication style.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms to manage listings and client data.
- Attention to detail in documentation, property descriptions, and compliance with relevant processes and guidelines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or sales support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Relevant education or training in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
