Role Description
As an Associate Intern at Themixer.uk, you will support daily operations related to digital fitness services and customer engagement. In this remote internship role, you may assist with managing online bookings, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating schedules with coaches and trainers, and updating content on digital platforms. You will help collect and organize feedback from clients, contribute to basic marketing and outreach activities, and collaborate with team members to improve processes. The internship offers exposure to the fitness and wellness industry, with opportunities to learn about technology-enabled service delivery and online customer experience.
