We are a fast-growing advertising technology company helping brands and media agencies reach consumers across new digital discovery and commerce environments.

We deliver performance-driven advertising campaigns across channels including browsers, search, content, AI-powered discovery and commerce platforms. Our focus is on helping advertisers find new ways to reach high-intent consumers beyond traditional platforms such as Google and Meta, with campaigns measured against clear performance outcomes.

About The Role:

  • Managing prospect lists, CRM data and meeting pipelines
  • Helping prepare presentations, pitch decks and sales materials
  • Learning and using the internal sales and marketing systems
  • Supporting meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Helping keep the overall agency sales process organised and moving forward

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Previous experience in advertising or sales is not essential. Attitude, organisation, communication skills and a willingness to learn are more important.

The Perks:

This is an opportunity to gain genuine commercial experience rather than simply observing from the sidelines.

You will work directly with an experienced advertising executive and gain first-hand exposure to agency sales, business development, advertising technology and the rapidly evolving world of digital media and AI.

You will learn how to identify commercial opportunities, approach senior decision-makers, use professional sales technology, build client presentations and understand how advertising deals progress from initial prospecting through to a live campaign.

The role is based in our London office four days per week, providing plenty of opportunity to learn directly from the team and become part of a fast-moving international business.
