Mission

As an Associate Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by winning new business across the UK market. This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Success in this role comes from building your own pipeline, consistently delivering new business, and partnering with prospects to solve meaningful business challenges. In addition to winning new logos, you'll identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships where appropriate.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office, onsite presence is required Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a strategic territory and account plan to consistently drive new business growth.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build, manage, and progress a high-quality sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, and partner-generated leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in CRM and other sales tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional buying experience and continuously improve the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel and technology partners to identify and accelerate new business opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate Xurrent's value proposition, business outcomes, and competitive differentiation to technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Xurrent's solutions.
  • Represent Xurrent at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic conferences to build brand awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
