Associate Account Executive - Intern
About Company
10Pearls is an AI-native global digital engineering partner. AI isn't a feature we bolt on, it is the foundation of everything we build. From agentic AI systems and generative AI applications to custom machine learning and enterprise platforms, we help ambitious organisations move faster and build what's next.
Our clients span healthcare, financial services, retail, telecoms, media, and energy. We measure success on a double bottom line: commercial growth and positive change.
The Role
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Associate Account Executive to join our London team. This is a client-facing internship that sits at the heart of how we grow, supporting senior Account Executives, engaging prospects, representing 10Pearls at industry events, and contributing to the analysis and proposals that win business.
You will get real exposure to the full sales cycle: from researching target accounts and preparing for discovery calls, to supporting proposals and following up after events. If you are ambitious, articulate, and genuinely excited about AI and digital transformation, this role will give you a strong commercial foundation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
