Description
As an Associate Account Manager, you'll provide top-notch support to our customers, helping them get the most out of our product while driving renewals and upsells. ๐๏ธ
Suitable for recent graduates. You'll be the bridge between our customers and Zinc, offering insights, building relationships, and ensuring they stay happy and engaged. We'll give you full training and hands-on coaching from experienced AMs, so you can build real commercial and customer skills fast. - Manage and support customer accounts ๐
