About the Role
Evercore is seeking an Associate to join the Advisory Future State team in London to support the deployment and execution of the firm's AI and Technology Transformation strategy across EMEA, including building and developing AI agents/skills and related capabilities. This role is ideal for an investment banker who is passionate about the transformative potential of AI and excited to take ownership of driving meaningful change across Evercore.
The successful candidate is an intellectually curious investment banker with a passion for AI and business transformation. They are energized by the opportunity to challenge conventional ways of working, build practical AI-enabled solutions, and drive meaningful organizational change. They are equally comfortable partnering with senior bankers to shape strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute, bringing together emerging technologies, business, and people to deliver lasting impact across the EMEA Advisory platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary representative of the Advisory Future State team across EMEA, leading the execution of the firm's AI and Technology Transformation strategy and acting as the regional catalyst for innovation, adoption, and business transformation
- Support the design, build, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions including workflows, automations, agents, skills, and other emerging technologies to solve real business challenges and scale best practices across the Advisory platform
- Drive the successful implementation and adoption of AI capabilities by supporting the development and deployment of enablement strategies, training programs, and change initiatives that accelerate user engagement and long-term impact
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends, translating innovation into practical applications that strengthen Evercore's EMEA Advisory business
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, adoption trends, and business insights to continuously refine AI solutions, improve the user experience, and inform future AI and Technology Transformation initiatives
- Coordinate closely with the U.S. Future State team and the broader U.S. business, adapting developed AI solutions, training, and standards for EMEA
- Collaborate with Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions
- Prepare presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to support decision-making

Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is intellectually curious and eager to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
Core Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking
- Demonstrated passion for AI / emerging technologies and their potential to transform investment banking
- Strong interest in business transformation, process redesign, and driving organizational change through technology-enabled solutions
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies

- Comfortable working with bankers at all levels of seniority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure

Location
This role is based in Evercore's London office.
The successful candidate is expected to work from the London office in line with the firm's standard in-office policies.
