Acme AI Is Expanding Its Talent Pool For AI Model Development Projects. Because project requirements vary, we are recruiting students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals across two distinct operational tracks:

Track A (speed & precision)

  • Basic English comprehension
  • Fast and accurate computer/mouse navigation
  • Strong attention to detail

Track B (language & logic)

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Deep text comprehension
  • Strong analytical thinking for complex content

Key Responsibilities

General responsibilities include:

  • Perform data annotation, labeling, and evaluation tasks on live international AI projects
  • Follow project guidelines and quality standards with consistency and accuracy
  • Meet output benchmarks while maintaining speed and precision across assigned tasks
  • (Track B) Comprehend, analyze, and process complex textual content for model training
  • Coordinate with project leads and teammates to ensure delivery quality
  • Continuously improve through feedback, benchmarks, and performance reviews

Experience + Qualification

  • Students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
  • No prior experience required - training is fully sponsored (free) for shortlisted candidates
  • Basic computer proficiency and internet literacy; a personal PC/laptop is required
  • Track A: Fast and accurate computer/mouse navigation with strong attention to detail
  • Track B: Advanced English proficiency, deep text comprehension, and strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to follow guidelines and quality standards reliably
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Work Details

This is a contractual, output-based engagement with a remote-first setup and a flexible entry phase.

  • Type: Contractual (output-based), 100% remote (Acme AI office space also available)
  • Schedule: Flexible during the pool-building phase; approx. minimum 24 hrs/week once deployed on a live project
  • Location: Remote (optional office access at Acme AI Ltd., Level 5, House 385, Road 6, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216)
  • Compensation: BDT 120 - 160/hr (output-based against benchmarks, paid monthly)
  • Benefits: Fully sponsored certificate training (free) for shortlisted candidates, work on real-world international AI projects, performance-based advancement opportunities
