Associate AI Engineer role focused on executing AI initiatives within the OneStream platform. The team bridges AI research and AI products, with applications across forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language processing.

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or similar experience
- 1-2 years of strong programming experience with Python, C++, C, CSharp, Java, Rust, or Go or similar experience
- Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience
- CS/EE/CE Degree or similar experience
- Legal authorization to work in the country of the job position as a precondition of employment
- Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the country where this position is located without sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, high-performance applications and services
- Implement robust software systems and functionalities using Python and SQL/NoSQL
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack from the user interface to the database layer
- Participate in technical design sessions to decompose and design complex systems and interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and user requirements are met
- Continuously learn best code practices and the latest technologies in the software ecosystem
- Apply data analysis and data science solutions into end products

Additional Responsibilities
- Work within the OneStream AI Product and Engineering team to execute AI initiatives
- Support AI solutions across forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language processing
- Decompose problems and plan solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Present in front of peers
- Engage and present to C-level executives from time to time
- Travel minimally
Nice To Have
- Experience building and deploying production-level software solutions or similar experience
- Experience with webservices and API frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases such as MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-based computing such as Azure
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Sklearn
