Associate Architect Job London
London | Salary up to £67,000 | Hybrid working with three days office-based and two days working from home
Hunter Dunning is working with an established architecture studio on an Associate Architect role within its growing London team. You will lead high-end residential and hospitality projects through concept and delivery stages, including work involving historic and listed buildings.
Your Experience
- Minimum twelve years of post Part 3 experience within a UK architectural practice
- Strong experience delivering bespoke private residential projects
- Experience across all RIBA stages from concept through completion
- Leadership experience managing small to medium-sized architectural teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Regulations
- Proficiency using BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software
- Experience managing project finances, contracts, and client expectations
