About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Architect who will play a pivotal role in guiding projects from initial client brief through to completion, combining strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills. Working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, you will facilitate briefing workshops, translate design concepts into deliverable solutions, and ensure our design vision and quality standards are reflected throughout every stage of the project.
You will also contribute to business development through commercially successful bids, mentor and support teams, and champion continuous improvement through the effective implementation of Scott Brownrigg's management systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and commercially aware professional who thrives on delivering outstanding architecture and building strong client relationships.
Your Skills
- Demonstrable experience in Life Science sector at Associate level is essential for this role.
- Revit is advantageous and a high level of CAD skill
- Excellent knowledge of NBS Building and NBS Create specification systems
- Highly computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications
- Skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills

Your Qualifications and Experience
- RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations
- Proven experience in running a variety of large scale and complex projects simultaneously at all stages
- Experience of working within a range of different sectors
- Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
- Working knowledge of town planning procedures
