Working as part of an established leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional private residential and hospitality projects, leading talented project teams and helping grow an exciting portfolio of work. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architect looking to combine design leadership with client management, business development, and studio leadership.

The Role

This is a senior role within a collaborative and design-led studio, offering the opportunity to lead prestigious private residential projects from concept through to completion.

Working closely with clients, consultants, and senior leadership, you'll oversee project delivery, mentor architects across the studio, and contribute to winning new work. Alongside project leadership, you'll play an active role in strengthening client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the residential sector.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to the highest standard.
  • Support business development activities, including bids, presentations, and client engagement.
  • Take responsibility for project programming, financial performance, and commercial success.
  • Contribute to studio leadership and the continued growth of the residential team.
  • Champion design quality, technical excellence, and attention to detail across every project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
