Job Title: Associate Architect
Ref: BM300
Location: Birmingham
Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP60,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a range of design services to high-profile projects across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Associate Architect to lead and deliver on large-scale projects for their Birmingham studio.

Duties For The Role Of Associate Architect Include
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion
- Manage and coordinate project teams, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop strong and effective relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Take responsibility for project programmes, budgets, resources, and quality
- Produce and oversee high-quality architectural information and presentations
- Coordinate design information and ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements
- Support and mentor junior members of the team, helping to develop their technical and professional skills
- Contribute to design reviews, project meetings, and presentations

Skills And Experience For The Role Of Associate Architect
- ARB registered
- Significant post RIBA Part 3 Qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proven experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Strong technical knowledge and an understanding of UK construction processes and regulations
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- The confidence to engage directly with clients and other project stakeholders
- Experience using Revit and/or other BIM software
- A genuine interest in sustainable design and the evolving role of technology within architecture
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
