Working closely with PDP and AtkinsRéalis colleagues, the successful candidate will play a key part in embedding best practice, mentoring project management professionals, and shaping a clear pathway for future leadership growth within the office. We are looking for an experienced project management professional with a strong delivery background and, recognised professional accreditation through an appropriate industry body.

  • Establish and maintain robust governance, programme controls, and delivery frameworks to achieve project outcomes relating to scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Act as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships and providing strategic delivery advice to support long term client engagement and business growth.
  • Identify, assess, and manage contractual, commercial, operational, and delivery risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented to protect the interests of AtkinsRéalis, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, inclusion, innovation, and excellence.

  • Drive effective communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination across internal teams, clients, supply chains, partners and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery programmes, resource plans and project execution strategies, ensuring clear coordination across multiple disciplines and workstreams.
  • Manage and report on project financial performance, including forecasting, revenue recognition, cost management, risk allowances, profitability, cash flow, and Earned Value Management reporting.
  • Support business development activities, strategic pursuits, and framework opportunities, contributing to bid preparation, client account management, and growth objectives.
  • Lead project close-out activities, ensuring successful handover, lessons learned capture, knowledge sharing, client feedback collection, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
