Role Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded individual to play a pivotal role in delivering market-leading agency and advisory services across the South Coast region. Acting on behalf of landlords, occupiers, developers and investors, the role is responsible for driving revenue through acquisitions, disposals, leasing transactions and development opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will provide strategic real estate advice, manage complex negotiations and oversee transactions through to completion, ensuring exceptional client outcomes. Working as part of the Commercial Agency Southampton Office & Business Space team, the role will contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding client networks and promoting cross-service collaboration across Savills. In addition, the position involves mentoring junior colleagues, supporting team development and contributing to business planning and profitability.
