The Ideal Candidate Will Be
- A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and is dedicated to case development
- An empathetic advocate who genuinely cares about the clients we serve and is passionate about representing injured individuals
- A strong supporter of trial lawyers and the litigation process who wants to contribute meaningfully to the pursuit of justice for our clients
- A highly skilled and detail-oriented legal researcher and writer
What You Will Do
You will play a crucial role in our litigation process, supporting all phases of a case to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and the best possible outcome. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy case strategy, this role is for you.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- An active license to practice law in Alabama or a willingness to obtain an Alabama license
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing for and taking depositions
- A seamless ability to manage and prioritize a robust caseload
- A team player who demonstrates a willingness to support colleagues and pitch in where needed.
- The ability to commute to and work out of our Birmingham office
