Part-Time Associate Attorney — Family Law & Criminal Defense
McAdams & Sartori, LLC | Yorkville, IL
McAdams & Sartori, LLC, a Kendall County and Kane County-based firm concentrating in family law and criminal defense, is seeking a part-time associate attorney (15-25 hours/week). This role offers substantive courtroom experience with the flexibility of remote work—ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful practice without a full-time commitment.

The Role
- Regular appearances in Kendall and Kane County courts (23rd and 16th Judicial Circuits)
- Casework spanning dissolution of marriage, allocation judgments, orders of protection, and criminal defense, including DUI matters
- Flexible, hybrid schedule — court appearances paired with remote drafting, research, and client communication
- Direct collaboration with the firm's founding attorney
