Job Title: Associate Brand Manager
Location: London, Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
Duration: Contract until 31/03/2027
Pay rate: £200-229 per day on PAYE
Experience:
- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within a global consumer, lifestyle, sports, fashion, entertainment, or technology brand.
- Experience working within a global brand organization, translating global strategy into strong regional/local execution.
- Track record of executing integrated brand marketing plans across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Experience working with creative agencies, external partners and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and activations.
Key Qualities:
- Highly proactive and self-starting: anticipates what needs to happen rather than waiting to be asked.
- Exceptionally organized - comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail: particularly around creative assets, presentations, timelines and execution.
- Excellent project manager - able to take a project from brief through execution, keeping teams aligned and identifying issues early.
- Strong communicator: clear, concise and confident when working with internal teams, agencies and regional partners.
- Collaborative and low ego: builds strong relationships across functions and is comfortable working with different personalities and levels of seniority.
- Strong brand and creative instincts: understands what makes culturally relevant, high-quality brand work and can articulate why something is or isn't right.
- Culturally curious: genuinely interested in music, sport, fashion, entertainment and emerging culture, with an instinct for what is resonating with younger audiences.
- Commercially minded: understands that brand marketing ultimately needs to support the broader business and can connect marketing activity to business objectives.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: able to operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Solutions-oriented: brings recommendations and potential solutions rather than simply escalating problems.
- Globally minded: understands that what works in one market may not work everywhere and respects the expertise of local teams.
- High standards for execution: cares about the details and pushes work to be better rather than simply getting it out the door.
