Associate Brand Manager - Consumer Lifestyle & Entertainment

This is an exciting role focused on shaping and directing brand marketing in the UK for a well-known global brand. It's all about developing the right brand direction, working across diverse channels and teams to deliver standout work in a fast-paced, creative environment, ensuring every campaign aligns with the core brand strategy.

In this role you will:

  • Create and steer brand marketing strategies tailored to the UK market
  • Collaborate with agencies, partners, and internal teams on campaign direction and activation
  • Manage multiple projects, keeping everything aligned with strategic goals and timelines
  • Ensure brand consistency and high standards across all creative assets and activations
  • Analyse cultural trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and creative directions

To be successful, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar brand-focused role, ideally within a big brand, agency or startup - experience in brand marketing is most important
  • Strong strategic skills with a focus on direction and planning
  • A curious, agile mind with a genuine interest in music, sport, fashion and emerging culture
  • Experience working with celebrity assets or influencer partnerships is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Well organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Nice to have: experience across different marketing disciplines such as influencer, PR, sports, or social media. Big brand experience naturally has an advantage.

Preferred background: a few years in brand marketing, with a strong understanding of cultural trends and emerging markets. You could be early in your career but should have some solid experience under their belt.

Other requirements: UK-based, with occasional travel as needed.
