About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Associate Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) to join our thriving Building Services team in London.

As part of the global Artelia Group, you will also have the opportunity to work within a wider international engineering and consultancy business, drawing on specialist expertise and collaborating with colleagues across the UK and internationally.

Joining a supportive network as part of our national Building Services team, you can expect to receive valuable training, guidance and genuine scope for career development.

The successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of UK security clearance in order to work on certain projects. The required clearance level will depend on the nature of the work and the sensitivity of the information involved.

  • Overseeing framework cost management, feasibility studies, consultancy, design, and project/construction management.
  • Managing contract administration and supporting the full project lifecycle.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and end-users.
  • Contributing to business development through bid proposals and client presentations.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Assisting in the management of project resources and overall cost control.
  • Compliance with Health & Safety requirements, practices and procedures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
