Role Overview
This isn’t simply an Associate vacancy.
The current MD is approaching retirement and we are looking to bring someone into the business who can initially join at Associate level, become an integral part of the leadership team and, importantly, have a clear path to potentially succeed him.

The consultancy is an established, highly profitable Employee-Owned MEP & Sustainability practice of around 55 people. They deliberately remain at this size, but punch considerably above their weight in terms of clients and projects.

Role Requirements
They are looking for someone with strong M&E Consultancy experience who also has a genuine interest in Sustainability, Energy and the future performance of buildings.
Suitable Candidates
The opportunity could suit an established Associate, or potentially someone at Principal level who feels ready for the next step and wants a genuine route beyond Associate rather than waiting for somebody above them to move.
