Associate Building Surveyor

London | Up to £80,000 DOE | Hybrid

Hunter Dunning is working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor in London.

They are looking to appoint a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to play a key role within a collaborative and experienced team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, strengthen client relationships and progress your career within a supportive, people-focused practice.

What You’ll Get

The Role

  • Lead projects from inception through to completion
  • Client-facing responsibilities including meetings and reporting
  • Contract administration and project management
  • Working across residential and/or commercial projects.

About You

  • Degree in Building Surveying
  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong experience in project delivery and contract administration
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach
