Associate Building Surveyor in London
Offering a £53,000 base salary with OTE up to £150,000 pa. This is a Permanent, Full-time position combining commercial building surveying delivery with client development, fee generation, and direct account ownership.
Responsibilities
- Generate building surveying instructions through established clients, industry contacts, and professional relationships.
- Lead commercial refurbishment and improvement projects reaching approximately £10 million.
- Manage technical due diligence and dilapidations commissions with direct client ownership.
- Control WIP, billing, fee recovery, and profitability across managed accounts.
- Develop existing clients through wider property consultancy requirements.

Requirements
- MRICS chartered status.
- Senior-level commercial building surveying experience.
- Experience developing clients and generating repeat professional instructions.
- Established professional relationships capable of supporting fee generation.
- Project delivery experience alongside technical due diligence or dilapidations capability.

Salary & Package
- £53,000 base salary, OTE up to £150,000.
- 40% bonus potential on qualifying fee income above cost.
