Associate Business Analyst

In the capacity of Associate Business Analyst, you will assume a central role in shaping the future trajectory of business operations by supporting the creation of comprehensive business architecture. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Mapping current processes across various departments
  • Preparing essential documentation such as frameworks for key performance indicators and governance materials
  • Participating in strategic sessions dedicated to target state architecture

Requirements

To excel as an Associate Business Analyst you will possess:

  • Substantial analytical experience acquired through roles involving process mapping or finance transformation
  • Proficiency in gathering requirements for process improvements as well as documenting key performance indicators that underpin operational success
  • Familiarity with service management tools or experience designing target state architectures would be advantageous but not essential
  • Industry knowledge within financial services can provide additional context when supporting transformation initiatives

Desired Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in business analysis with expertise in gathering requirements and constructing process designs that support delivery activities
  • Experience or understanding of designing target state business architecture such as capability maps, operating models, value streams or service models is desirable
  • Strategic acumen enabling comprehension of organisational objectives and formulation of effective transformation strategies aligned with business goals
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills facilitating positive relationships across teams and consensus-building in multifaceted environments
  • Background in business process analysis or finance transformation environments with an emphasis on continuous improvement initiatives
