Associate Business Coach

You do not need to have owned a business, you may be early into your career but want something you can take ownership of and grow, supported by world-class training and ongoing coaching. If you have the drive, we will give you the training and support to become a great Business coach.

This exciting role gives you the opportunity to develop your coaching skillset and share the experience you bring with business owners who have ambitions to scale and grow their business, as well as giving them their time back. It is a position that requires a focused mind and a real passion for helping others to succeed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Establish meaningful personal and business goals.
- Marketing yourself and your services within the territory and your Circle of Influence (people you already know).
- Networking and running phone: mail: phone campaigns to generate clients.
- Building and maintaining ongoing close relationships with your prospects and clients to progress and retain them.
- Meeting business owners daily and helping them to:
- Initiate organisational change.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Improve financial management.
- Build business processes and systems.
- Develop great teams of people with a strong business culture.
- Prepare for sale and expansion.
It is varied work and suits a person who has a proven record of building trust, impeccable ethics, effective problem-solving, and results-driven skills in the business environment.

- Has an entrepreneurial spirit, great energy, and lots of ambition (business ownership or management experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Has excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Is committed to being the absolute best coach they can be.
- Is genuinely interested in business and making a difference, and motivated by helping other people succeed.
- Has a natural acumen for numbers and interest in business, plus the ability and desire to learn from others.
- Enjoys following a system, has big dreams and goals, is decisive, disciplined, and good with people.

- You will have the flexibility of an associate role, with a revenue split from the clients you coach PLUS the opportunity to take on a management role in the future and eventually a director position. We are actively looking for our future set of directors in Sales, Marketing, Performance, Leadership and Business.
- Your training is an investment in you: you invest £14,400 in your training and support, and this is repaid to you at £400 a month over your first three years with us
This is the first step on a career pathway. Starting as an Associate, you can progress further within ActionCOACH, taking one of the pathways mentioned above, or you may decide that running your own franchise suits you more.
Our recruitment process

- Complete our candidate questionnaire (look out for an email from us)
- Follow Up Call. A direct Q & A with our People and Culture Manager to address specifics and align expectations.
- Discovery Event and Assessment Centre. Join our Discovery Day to meet the leadership team in person – next one 3rd November.
- Virtual meeting of around 90 minutes to build a tailored plan and agree next steps.
