Associate Business Development Associates – East Midlands
£27,000 - £30,000 plus commission plus benefits
We are working for a leading healthcare company who are recruiting for Associate Business Development Associates to join their business and manage business development activities for the company, driving sales activities and the acquisition of new business. They have several opportunities across the country, and they are permanent full-time roles field-based roles.

Responsibilities
- Seeking opportunities for business development promoting the company’s products and Services within their assigned territory.
- Responsible for heading up expansion in new territories as well as building relationships among existing clients.
- ‘Cold calling’ to arrange meetings at surgeries and hospitals.
- Recording and tracking activity of customer accounts on CRM system.
- Keeping abreast with competitors and identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns.
- Forecasting sales targets and making sure they are met.
- Delivering training to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Attending events and conferences.
- Writing reports and making presentations to customers and senior management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A science or business-related degree.
- Proven sales, marketing, or business management experience.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them.
- Excellent IT (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), time management and organisational skills.
