Drive seamless change and prepare the business for transformation

We are hiring an Associate Business Readiness Analyst on a 12 month FTC to support our Securing Operations programmed. You’ll collaborate with project managers, business partners, and change agents to ensure that every IT project lands successfully and that impacted teams are supported before, during, and after go-live.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a team that sits at the heart of transformation, helping Cadent adapt to new technologies and ways of working.

Why you'll love this role

  • Impactful Work – Ensure the business is ready for critical IT changes.
  • Collaboration – Work with stakeholders across the organisation and external vendors.
  • Variety – From training logistics to change impact assessments, no two days are the same.
  • Continuous Improvement – Help shape how Cadent delivers change and readiness.
  • Hands-On Support – Be there for teams during go-live and beyond.

What you'll bring

  • Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Change Expertise – Understanding of IT change processes and project management principles.
  • Training & Comms Skills – Experience creating and delivering engaging content.
  • Adaptability – Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Business Knowledge – Familiarity with Cadent’s processes and regulatory obligations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
