Kennedys is seeking a motivated Associate to join our respected Catastrophic Injury team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients.

You will be part of a top-ranked team, working directly under a highly regarded Partner and Senior Associate. Your responsibilities will include handling and assisting with a variety of complex motor, EL/PL and sport-related concussion claims, including those that are sensitive and have garnered national media attention.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience*
  • Litigation experience of catastrophic injury defence work
  • Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
  • Experience of negotiation
