Cauliflower Harvester (Associate)

  • Location: Duchy College, Rosewarne and trials site at Gwithian and Hayle.
  • Salary: £25,050.48 FTE / £13.02 per hour (CC30)
  • Terms & Conditions: Ad-Hoc, Associate role

About the Role

A part-time role is available for the Duchy College Brassica Variety Trials which evaluate different cauliflower varieties across Autumn and Winter to support breeding and grower decisions. To maintain the quality and continuity of these trials, a seasonal support role is available for a dependable individual to assist with harvesting and data collection during peak periods and staff absences.

The role involves outdoor fieldwork, manual crop harvesting, and accurate data recording, typically requiring 4–6 hours of work twice weekly during busy windows from 1st October 2026 - 31st May 2027.
