Job Description

At Dimensional, we are focused on changing the way people think and feel about investing. Our goal is to stay on the leading edge of research and implementation while also providing an extraordinary client experience. As the firm’s growth accelerates around the world, a strategic marketing program that supports the business while maintaining Dimensional’s values will be critical to our continued success.

The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Teams within the Marketing department work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace.

The Associate role will focus on Channel Marketing’s support of network and sponsored industry events across EMEA. This role helps to ensure a high-calibre experience for clients, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders by coordinating logistics before, during, and after each event. The Associate will work closely across various internal teams as well as with external vendors to deliver exceptional events that differentiate Dimensional and strengthen client relationships. Additional responsibilities include project management of marketing initiatives, increasing operational efficiencies and regionalisation of marketing content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on all aspects of marketing support of top-tiered events on behalf of the Global Client Group (GCG), including pre-event planning, day-of execution and post-event activities.
  • Support network, industry and other speaking opportunities for EMEA GCG.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Channel Marketing Manager to prioritise and execute GCG activities by collaborating with internal stakeholders on sponsorships, branding and tracking.
  • Effectively collaborate with Marketing’s Creative team to ensure high-quality and relevant event collateral to help distinguish Dimensional.
  • Liaise with external partners to deliver event collateral as required.
  • Set up and maintain Channel Marketing’s projects in support of events within Marketing’s approved workflow management system to help plan, track and create dashboard views for the team’s work throughout the year.
  • Report on measurement of event-related metrics using internal dashboards and CRM.
  • Help present on Channel Marketing supported events at weekly GCG call.
  • Partner with Client Communications and Events teams to provide Marketing oversight on Channel-specific initiatives within these functions.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects to support business needs as directed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
