What we’re looking for
We are seeking a results-driven Associate Channel Marketing Manager EMEA to support the development and execution of channel marketing strategies across the region. This role will work closely with regional sales teams, global marketing, and channel partners to drive pipeline growth, partner engagement, and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with experience in B2B channel ecosystems who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support the execution of EMEA channel marketing plans aligned with regional revenue goals
- Localize and activate global campaigns for EMEA markets
- Assist in building joint marketing plans with key channel partners
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) processes and reporting
- Coordinate campaign execution including email, digital, webinars, and in-person events

Partner Engagement & Enablement
- Collaborate with channel sales managers to identify growth opportunities
- Develop partner-facing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box programs
- Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for new partners
- Ensure partners are equipped with messaging, assets, and demand-generation tools
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Drive co-marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
- Monitor KPIs including pipeline contribution, ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global marketing teams to align messaging and branding
- Coordinate with field marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing teams
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies when required
Skills, Experience and Qualities Required
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing
- Experience working across EMEA markets
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, distributors, system integrators)
- Experience managing MDF budgets
