Role Description
The Associate Chiropractor role is a contract, on-site position based at The Birmingham Clinic in Birmingham. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering chiropractic care with a focus on spinal health and musculoskeletal function
- Performing adjustments and related therapeutic interventions
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Collaborating with other clinicians to support integrated patient care
- Educating patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle strategies
- Participating in case discussions
- Supporting clinic protocols and quality standards

This role is on a commission basis where you will handle your own diary and participate in community spine check stalls to generate new clients.

Qualifications and Requirements
- MSc Chiropractics and GCC registered or working towards GCC registration
- Demonstrated expertise in the spine and musculoskeletal system, with the ability to assess and manage a range of spinal and joint conditions
- Strong proficiency in chiropractic techniques and adjustments, with a commitment to safe, evidence-informed practice
- Solid foundation in human anatomy as it relates to musculoskeletal and neuromuscular health, including understanding of contraindications and red flags
- Current chiropractic qualification and professional registration/licensure as required in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a multidisciplinary or specialist clinic environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered, non-judgmental approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow clinic procedures, while managing a personal caseload responsibly
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards
- Able to travel to and from Great Barr, Birmingham
