At Frazer-Nash, we help our clients solve complex challenges to create a more sustainable, secure and resilient world. We are looking for an Associate Client Director to support our strategic relationship with BAE Systems, overseeing our Maritime sub-portfolio.
Working alongside the BAE Systems Client Director, you will help shape, secure and deliver complex consultancy engagements while reinforcing our position as a trusted partner. This is a senior client-facing role that combines business development, portfolio leadership and delivery excellence, with a clear focus on growing our management consultancy presence and expanding our footprint within a key account.
About you:
- Extensive experience in consultancy, business development or programme leadership within defence, engineering, technology or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Significant experience leading complex bids, proposals and business growth campaigns.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes, capability development initiatives or multidisciplinary engineering and technology projects.
- Ideally educated to Master's level (Level 7) or equivalent professional experience.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting and be eligible for UK SC clearance.

We'd particularly like to hear from candidates with experience of:
- Directing the design and implementation of complex business change or transformation programmes.
- Delivering large multidisciplinary engineering or technology capability programmes.
- Management consultancy within the defence sector.
- Supporting Defence Primes in the development and delivery of major programmes.
- Understanding of complex engineering programmes, including design, integration, certification and in-service support.
Desirable experience:
- Established relationships and networks within BAE Systems.
- Experience working successfully within consortiums or joint ventures.
- Understanding of Systems Engineering principles.
- Experience with business capability design and implementation.
- Experience with business process design and implementation.
