Theradex Oncology is a full-service CRO specializing in oncology. The company manages global oncology trials and programs. The company was founded in 1982 working with the National Cancer Institute, which led to its expansion to working with industry sponsors developing cancer therapeutics. As a service-based company we support both domestic and international sponsors in the conduct of both early and late phase trials.
What You'll Do
As part of Theradex Oncology, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest professional teams focused solely on the development of cancer therapies. Cancer research continues to evolve as new therapies and therapeutic approaches are discovered, as part of the team you will work to support our sponsors in the development of these therapies. Theradex Oncology is an environment for highly motivated individuals who want to make a difference.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join us to work on all aspects of the administration and documentation relating to our Phase I-III clinical trials and looking to establish a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, be enthusiastic and personable, a confident communicator and display precision and accuracy in your written work. You will assist Project Managers and Clinical Research Associates with project-related tasks in-house and occasionally at site.

This is Hydrid position, hence the ideal candidate must be located close to Gatwick Airport and London areas, with excellent motorway and rail connections for travel to the UK office in Crawley in West Sussex when required.

Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Adhere to study-specific oversight plans.
- Support the development of study specific materials [e.g. study plans & operations manuals]
- Contribute to internal audit / corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management: contribute to the resolution of CAPA.
- Manage TMF filing of Clinical Operations documentation
- Management of study specific activities to ensure they occur per agreed timelines.
- Support management of clinical projects, to ensure issues are identified and solutions established.
- Support project meetings, arrange, take minutes, and ensure correct filing of study documents
- Provide logistical and administrative support and for Theradex study team across departments including support of site visits.
- Assist the Project Manager and team in other activities, as appropriate.
- Assist new staff and provide training on electronic and other systems, as appropriate.
- Monitor and act upon study metrics.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of information for study presented in status reports (CTMS).

What You Need
Basic Requirements
- MSc. required– preferably in a life science field or equivalent.
- PhD. will be an advantage.
- Healthcare professional with at least 2 years of clinical experience, or Science Graduate with knowledge/experience in the healthcare field
- Experience of oncology clinical trials and cancer therapies preferred.
- Prior experience in a CRO/pharmaceutical environment preferred.
Preferred Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of written and verbal English
- Fluency in a second European language preferred
- Effective in writing emails/letters and varied correspondence
- Ability to set and meet personal short- and long-term goals.
- Proficient computer skills of MS Office Suite
- Able to adapt to change and work in a face paced environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
