As the United Kingdom Delivery Team enters its 4th year of working alongside the Peruvian Government in the delivery of over $5Bn of social and flood infrastructure, we are expanding. We are searching for an Associate Director to steer our Construction Operations team through this next exciting period of growth.

In the next year, we will be supporting our client deliver a 5-fold increase in the volume of works compared to the previous year, with construction starting on 7 city drainage schemes, 17 river defence projects and unique reforestation and early warning systems projects.

  • You will support the construction lead on the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
  • You will manage, influence, and negotiate with key senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • You will build a strong working relationship with your clients, and support the construction lead in turning the client’s vision into a deliverable onsite plan.

You’ll Need to Have

You’ll Also Have

  • Membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the xxx sector.
  • Deep construction management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
