The Role
This opportunity sits within a busy and well-regarded Commercial Litigation group handling a broad spectrum of disputes. Workflows cover breach of contract, shareholder disputes, fraud-related claims, and significant multi-party litigation and arbitration. The role involves managing your own caseload, supporting senior team members on complex matters, and delivering pragmatic, strategic advice to clients.

What They’re Looking For
- A qualified lawyer with 4-5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
- Solid experience leading on smaller matters and contributing to larger, complex cases
- Exceptional drafting skills and confidence in liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- A proactive and adaptable approach with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to contribute to business development and wider firm initiatives
