A leading AJ00 practice based in London is seeking an Associate to lead the delivery of a major commercial development in Central London. This is a key role for an Architect with 5 years post qualification experience and exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive complex projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
Working within a collaborative design and technical team, you will take ownership of project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, and ensure the highest standards of design quality, technical resolution and client service throughout construction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of a large-scale commercial project through RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- Manage and coordinate consultant information, technical packages and project outputs
- Oversee the production and review of detailed construction information using Revit
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors and consultant teams
- Chair technical workshops and coordination meetings
- Support project resourcing, programme management and risk mitigation
- Mentor and develop team members, providing technical guidance and leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Requirements:
- Qualified Architect with at least 5 years post qualification experience
- Demonstrable experience leading Stage 4 and 5 delivery on complex commercial developments in the UK
- Advanced Revit proficiency is essential
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methodologies and technical detailing
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and contractor engagement
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead project teams with confidence
- The right to live and work in the UK - the practice cannot sponsor or offer visa transfer
