Based in Belfast (with flexible remote working arrangements)

Caldwell Ritchie Berry are seeking to appoint an Associate to support our busy Construction Team. As a multi-jurisdictional legal practice, the successful candidate will be working at the cutting edge of construction and procurement law in Ireland, Northern Ireland and England & Wales. The ideal candidate will possess the following key attributes:

- A solicitor of at least 2 years’ PQE;
- Admission as a Solicitor in Ireland, Northern Ireland or England & Wales;
- Experience of working exclusively as a construction lawyer for at least 2 years;
- Experience of advising on standard form contracts, including NEC3/4, JCT, RIAI, Public Works, FIDIC or other similar forms;
- Demonstrable experience of acting on behalf of parties to statutory adjudication; and
- An interest in public procurement work.
