Opportunity for an Associate Consultant in London Bridge
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Consultant to join an established but growing Recruitment Business, based in London Bridge, working the US recruitment market.
About the Role
The role will initially be candidate focused, sourcing suitable profiles for jobs brought on by the business owner.
This is working exclusively in the US market, with extremely high salaries and fees.
Compensation
The Associate Consultant will receive a percentage of each deal as commission on top of their base salary, which will be £26-28,000.

Reporting
This role will be reporting directly into the business owner, a market expert and top biller in the industry, with all training and coaching provided to be successful. There is a high job flow and an opportunity to make considerable commission on top of the salary.
Working Hours
Working hours will vary but start times will be 10 or 12 till 7 or 8PM, to fit with US working hours, with reduced hours on a Friday.

No experience is necessary but the successful candidate will have the following:

- Exceptional communication skills
- A coachable, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Drive and motivation, with money motivation of particular importance
- Professionalism and an ability to engage with educated, senior candidates
Additional Information
Please note - this is for an ASAP start and candidates must be able to travel to London Bridge 4 days a week.
