What You'll Be Doing
- Market map and proactively engage high-calibre, hard-to-find talent.
- Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from qualification through to offer stage.
- Deliver high-quality, well-matched shortlists to experienced consultants.
- Share market insight gathered through candidate conversations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best practice recruitment processes.
- Participate in structured training and ongoing development.
What We're Looking For
- Recruitment or sales experience, with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in building a career in specialist recruitment.
- Confident building relationships and speaking with people from a range of backgrounds.
- Organised, proactive and able to work at pace.
- Curious, resilient and eager to develop specialist market knowledge.
- Ambitious, driven and motivated by career progression and uncapped earning potential.
