What You'll Be Doing

  • Market map and proactively engage high-calibre, hard-to-find talent.
  • Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from qualification through to offer stage.
  • Deliver high-quality, well-matched shortlists to experienced consultants.
  • Share market insight gathered through candidate conversations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best practice recruitment processes.
  • Participate in structured training and ongoing development.

What We're Looking For

  • Recruitment or sales experience, with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in building a career in specialist recruitment.
  • Confident building relationships and speaking with people from a range of backgrounds.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work at pace.
  • Curious, resilient and eager to develop specialist market knowledge.
  • Ambitious, driven and motivated by career progression and uncapped earning potential.
