Associate Consultant, Client Analytics

London, Leeds or Nottingham | Up to £75,000 + Benefits

The Role

You will:

  • Work directly with clients on a broad range of analytical and consulting engagements.
  • Develop and deliver scorecards, predictive models, and credit strategy solutions.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present results and project updates to clients, building trusted relationships and influencing decision making.
  • Support organisations in improving lending strategies, risk management, and broader commercial outcomes.
  • Contribute to a varied portfolio of projects across multiple industries and business challenges.
  • Work closely with colleagues across analytics, consulting, and commercial functions.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience within credit risk, analytics, data science, or a related analytical environment.
  • Experience working with credit bureau data and an understanding of how it is applied within modelling, risk, or strategy projects.
  • Proven capability in scorecard development, model development, or credit strategy work.
  • Strong SQL skills alongside Python or SAS experience, with a preference for Python.
  • Experience translating complex analytical outputs into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand the wider business impact of analytical decisions.
  • Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment would be beneficial.
