The Ask
Due to the rapid expansion of our team in all areas, we are now seeking a new cohort of Associate Consultants. Following a detailed training programme, Associate Consultants have the opportunity to join either our Analysis and Design Practice, Technology Delivery Practice, or Managed Services Practice.

Your Opportunity
As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a fresh batch of Associate Consultants to join the team. This is an entry-level consulting role in a growing, fast-paced business.
We are seeking a cohort that has experience of pro-code techniques and is keen to learn low-code and automation skills. We are accepting applications from differing technical disciplines; however, skills and experience across Microsoft Power Platform are preferable.
- You will need to feel comfortable working towards deadlines and as part of a close-knit, highly skilled team.
- An understanding of Agile Delivery would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Training and mentoring will be provided, and you will be allocated a RBQ buddy.
You will need to be available to commence employment in September 2026 and be comfortable working full-time within our city centre-based Manchester office.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience of a technical role or project
- A problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambition coupled with a huge appetite to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
