With a strong focus on strategy, we offer a unique entry-level opportunity in the consulting world, with development opportunities, accessible senior leadership, and minimal travel.

In January 2026, Kaiser Associates joined Sia, a next-generation, global management and AI consulting group. Our combined organisations bring together the best research, strategy, digital/AI, and transformation. Sia, founded in 1999, was born digital. Today, Sia's strategy and management capabilities are augmented by data science, enhanced by creativity, and driven by responsibility. Sia helps clients initiate, navigate, and benefit from transformation by being optimists for change.

If you're energized by cutting-edge research, complex problem-solving, and delivering impact for C-suite executives, we'd love to hear from you.

The Position

The primary role of an Associate Consultant is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process, analysing and synthesizing findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Associate Consultants work across practices as generalists and are staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope, and length, offering exceptional early exposure to diverse consulting engagements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
