Graduate Associate Consultant – Quantitative Research & Technology
Location: Central Cardiff (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + excellent commission structure
My client is a specialist headhunting firm working at the forefront of quantitative research and technology, connecting exceptional talent with leading businesses in the sector. They recruit highly skilled professionals from backgrounds including mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science and engineering.
With an excellent track record and a reputation built on honesty, integrity and delivering results, they have established themselves as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. They are now looking for a bright, ambitious and driven graduate to join their team in a delivery-focused recruitment role.

The Role
- Research and identify exceptional candidates for opportunities within quantitative research and technology
- Engage with candidates, build relationships and support them throughout the recruitment process
- Develop an understanding of specialist markets and the skills sought by leading businesses
- Use research tools, data and sourcing techniques to identify and approach talent
- Work closely with experienced consultants, receiving full training and ongoing support
- Take ownership of your work, maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation and candidate care
