At Clarasys, we know we’re a fun and sociable company to work for because we have the awards to prove it. Our consistently high ranking in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies is partly down to our strong, supportive culture, training programme and the responsibility and trust we put in our people right from the start.

Our Associate Consultant Scheme
The training
We’ll set you up to be a great consultant during a period of interactive training focused on all of the consulting skills you’ll need. With organised lunches and socials, you will get to know our team here at Clarasys as well as each other.
Early weeks
You will be putting those skills into practice by looking at, and delivering on, specific ways we can make Clarasys even better. Our non-hierarchical and collaborative culture means you’ll work with people of all seniority across the business.
Delivering a pro bono project
You’ll have the opportunity to deliver a real project for a charity. Previous clients have included The Prince’s Trust and Marie Curie Cancer Care. Whilst you’ll have an experienced consultant with you for support, you’ll be planning and delivering the work - taking responsibility early on.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
