About the Role
Sertie is partnering with KAE to recruit a Spanish-speaking Associate Consultant to join their Business Consulting Team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin your career within a specialist consulting firm, working alongside experienced consultants on research-led consulting engagements for global clients.
As an Associate Consultant, you will contribute to projects from initial research through to final recommendations, combining analytical thinking, commercial awareness and problem-solving to help clients address complex business challenges. From the beginning of your career, you will gain meaningful exposure to client projects while developing your research, analytical and consulting capabilities within a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Conducting primary and secondary research, including market, competitor and industry analysis.
- Gathering, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful commercial insights.
- Supporting the design and delivery of research projects, including stakeholder interviews and survey-based research.
- Preparing clear, well-structured reports, presentations and client deliverables that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Developing an understanding of client industries, markets and strategic challenges to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Working collaboratively with consultants and project teams to deliver high-quality work within agreed project timelines.
- Building effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to internal initiatives that strengthen KAE's consulting practice.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for analytical, commercially aware individuals who are curious, collaborative and motivated to build a career in consulting.
Essential
- Fluent/Native in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- A minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative and self-motivated approach.
Desirable
- Previous internship or work experience in consulting, market research, business analysis or strategy.
- Experience conducting research, surveys or stakeholder interviews.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (knowledge of SPSS is advantageous).
- Experience preparing reports or presentations based on analytical findings.
- An interest in payments, fintech or financial services.
