• Conducting primary and secondary research, including market, competitor and industry analysis.
• Gathering, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful commercial insights.
• Supporting the design and delivery of research projects, including stakeholder interviews and survey-based research.
• Preparing clear, well-structured reports, presentations and client deliverables that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Developing an understanding of client industries, markets and strategic challenges to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Working collaboratively with consultants and project teams to deliver high-quality work within agreed project timelines.
• Building effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
• Supporting business development activities and contributing to internal initiatives that strengthen KAE's consulting practice.

Who We're Looking For

Essential

• Fluent/Native in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• A minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative and self-motivated approach.

Desirable

• Previous internship or work experience in consulting, market research, business analysis or strategy.
• Experience conducting research, surveys or stakeholder interviews.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (knowledge of SPSS is advantageous).
• Experience preparing reports or presentations based on analytical findings.
• An interest in payments, fintech or financial services.
