Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently seeking an Associate Consultant to join our February 2027 graduate scheme. We are a boutique recruitment consultancy based in London, focusing on Consulting, Accounting & Finance, Data & Technology, and Legal recruitment. Currently 35 employees, we operate in the UK, US, Canada, and Europe. This is a great opportunity for graduates looking to start their recruitment career in London, with a company going through an exciting period of growth.
The Role
- Identifying, attracting, and onboarding candidates and clients we are not currently engaged with
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Working with your manager to manage candidates through the whole interview process and close deals
- Hit deal targets
- Working with large scale global clients, and generate client leads
- You will need to be able to work in a fast pace, target driven environment

The Person
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Results driven, with a natural drive, enthusiasm, and motivation
