Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building strong relationships with clients at a strategic level.
- Driving thought leadership with clients to solve their problems through Indegene’s solutions and bringing direct impact to the client’s business objectives.
- Responsible for driving business growth by leveraging Indegene’s full offering suite and identifying new business opportunities.

Job title: Associate Consultant
The Role:
As an Associate Consultant, you will:
- Lead and manage discrete workstreams within client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collect, analyse, and synthesise information from diverse sources (desk research, interviews, data analysis) to inform recommendations.
- Prepare clear, compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project management activities using digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Teams, SharePoint).
- Engage and manage stakeholders, facilitating workshops and consensus-building sessions.
- Identify risks and opportunities, proactively proposing solutions to drive project success.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Your experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, economics, or a related analytical discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in consulting, project delivery, or the life sciences sector.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools for project management and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrated interest in life sciences, marketing, digital technologies, or strategic management.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

This role does not involve prolonged periods working at a single client site. International travel can take up a small, ad-hoc amount of your time. All candidates must be eligible to work in the relevant location.
