About Us
Our Management Consulting team partners with the C-suite and senior leadership across the private and public sector to tackle strategic challenges and address promising opportunities. We operate across a diverse array of sectors, including Software & Technology, Healthcare, Consumer & Economics, Transport, Private Equity, and Business Services, amongst others. Our clients are leaders in their respective fields, and include FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 firms, key public-sector organisations, and leading investors.
Role
Our Associate Consultants are a key part of our London office and will quickly become involved in live case delivery. The role will include a range of tasks, from qualitative research, to detailed quantitative analysis, and writing client presentations. Throughout the programme, you will be guided by an experienced team of consultants, who will provide you with ‘hands-on’ learning opportunities, as well as structured training. You’ll be supported by a robust induction programme, and continuous improvement is supported by an assigned Mentor and Coach who will take an active role in your personal development and improving your skillset throughout the programme.

We are looking for talented individuals with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Our Associated Consultants come from a wide variety of backgrounds, with each bringing their unique perspective to our team, combined with, the ability to maintain a positive attitude whilst working in challenging environments and a keen willingness to learn.

- On track to be degree-qualified in any degree discipline
- Excellent teamwork skills, with evidence of the ability to work effectively alongside those from all backgrounds

- High level of numeracy
- Attention to detail and the ability to balance accuracy with productivity
- Drive to take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and maximise learning and development opportunities
Successful candidates will be invited to an assessment centre on Friday 20th November. This will take place in-person, at our London office.
