A good grasp of Purview and related technologies is necessary for this role.
Threatscape’s Microsoft Security Practice is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Consultant who is eager to learn, motivated to develop their technical skills, and confident communicating with both clients and colleagues. You’ll work closely with our experienced consultants, including five Microsoft MVPs, while building a strong foundation in Microsoft Security technologies.
This role is ideal for someone with early professional experience in IT or security (1–3 years), who has a good grasp of Microsoft technologies and a strong desire to grow into a world-class security consultant. For this role the focus will be on Purview, data security, data governance and AI.
Above all, we value people who have high agency, contagious enthusiasm, communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating, are curious, proactive learners, and show professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
